BLENDED LIFEGUARD FULL COURSE

PRE-REQUISITES
  • Students must be at least 15 years old by the last day of class
  • 300 Swim - Front crawl with rotary breathing or breaststroke.
  • 2 minutes treading water without the use of arms
  • Swim 20 yards, retrieve a brick from deep water and swim back 20 yards to start in under 1:40
  • Completion of the online blended portion. Before the first day of the class. 
**If you are not a strong swimmer we strongly encourage you to come and practice the pre-requisites.**

BLENDED LIFEGUARD REVIEW COURSE

**You have 30 days to renew your certification after your certification expires. If it is after 30 days you have to take a full course. You must bring your current certification with you when you take the review course.**

  • CURRENTLY CERTIFIED
INCLUDED WITH COURSE

  • 1 DAY TRAINING
  • $160 due to the Hubbard Pool - prepayment required to reserve spot.
  • Minimum class of 4 students.
You must have a pocket mask and whistle, otherwise you can purchase one on site. A lifeguard manual is also available for purchase. Prices listed below.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. PRE-TEST - Failing the prerequisite testing on the first day of the lifeguarding course will result in a $140 fee. The additional $150 may be used toward another class when we receive payment of $140 or it can be refunded.
  2. CANCELLATION - Any cancellation will result in a $100 fee if it is more than one week of the start date. Less than a week of the start date will result in a $125 fee. The additional $190 or $165 may be used toward another class or refunded.  Medical excuses or family deaths will be handled on a case by case basis with proper documentation.
  3. MOVE CLASS - Requests to move a class will result in a $100 fee if it is more than one week of the start date. Less than a week of the start date will result in a $125 fee. 
  4. NO SHOW - Failing to show up the day of the course will result in NO REFUND regardless of excuse.

AFTER REGISTRATION

Once registered you will receive an email 7 to 10 days prior to the start of the class with information to complete the online portion of your training. If there are less than 4 participants registered for a class by the registration deadline, the class will be canceled and you will receive a call and/or email with options for alternate class scheduling or you may request a full refund.
